A) H(x) = x*f(x)
H'(x) = f(x)+x*f'(x) (product rule)
H'(4) = f(4)+4*f'(4)

Evaluate using the table.

B) H(x) = g(x)/f(x)
H'(x) = (f(x)*g'(x)-f'(x)*g(x))/g(x)^2 (quotient rule)
As with part A, substitute x=4 and evaluate using the table.
