as far as i can tell, this has no solution.
if you graph the equation of 4x^2 - 3x, you will see that the smallest value is equal to -.563.
that tells you that the function is always greater than -6 and never less than -3.
since it can't be both at the same time, then there is no solution to this problem.
that's what i think.
no solution to this problem can be written as NULL or EMPTY, or by use of the NULL symbol which is an O with a / in it.
