21x+%2B+28+=+16+x+%2B+40+%2B13…move 16x to the left and 28 to the right
21x+-+16+x++=+++40+%2B13+-+28+
5x++=+++53+-+28+
5x++=+++25….divide both sides by 5
x++=+++5….
