You can put this solution on YOUR website!
10 to the -15 power/ 3.9 x 10 to the -7 power
==============
1e-15/3.9e-7 = (1/3.9)e-8
=~ 0.25641e-8
=~ 2.5641e-9 or 2.5641%2A10%5E-9
**************************
10%5E-15%2F%283.9%2A10%5E-7%29
Multiply NUM and DEN by 10^7
10%5E-8%2F3.9
= (1/3.9)*10^-8
=~ 0.25641*10^-8
=~ 2.5641%2A10%5E-9

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can change this to:
+%28+10%2A10%5E%28-16%29%29+%2F+%28+3.9%2A10%5E%28-7%29+%29+
This is the same as:
+%28+10%2F3.9%29%2A%28+10%5E%28-16%29+%29+%2F+%28+10%5E%28-7%29+%29+
+2.564102564%2A%28+10%5E%28-16%29%2A10%5E%287%29+%29+
+2.564102564%2A10%5E%28-9%29+
This is in scientific notation -you can get as
many significant digits as calculator can handle
----------------------------------------------------
Looks like you did a division for the +10%2F3.9+
but somehow you multiplied +10%5E%28-16%29+
and +10%5E%28-7%29+
