19,760 blouses would therefore cost 19,760 * $12.33333333... = $2437.066666...

round to two decimal places to get $2437.07 to the nearest penny.

you could also look at it as a ratio.

$370 / 3000 = x / 19760

cross multiply to get $370 * 19760 = 3000 * x

solve for x to get x = $370 * 19760 / 3000 = $2437.066666... = $2437.07
