R2= 60 ohms  and  R3= 30 ohms connected in series are equivalent to  R2 + R3 = 60 + 30 = 90 ohms.


R1 and  R2+R3 connected in parallel, are equivalent to  1%2F%281%2FR1+%2B+1%2F%28R2%2BR3%29%29 = 1%2F%281%2F90+%2B+1%2F90%29 = 1%2F%28%282%2F90%29%29 = 90%2F2 = 45 ohms.


Answer.  45 ohms.
