Question 1112884: 5. Derive a formula for the diagonal of the screen as a function of the area of the screen
I know that A=B*H, D^2= B^2+H^2, the aspect ratio for the problem is 16/9 so B= 16/9*h and H=9/16*B but I cannot figure out how to set up a formula with knowing only the area. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
