You can put this solution on YOUR website! 160/3x (2+7) =

==============
What did you do to get that?
It's not an equation, there's nothing on the right side.
---> nothing to solve.

Is x a variable, or a multiply sign?
Use * (Shift 8) for multiply.

If it's just multiplication:
(160/3) * (2+7) = (160/3) * 9 = 160*3 = 480
You are apparently using your calculator instead of your brain to solve this problem.
160 divided by 3 on a calculator is 53.33333.... But that obviously is not an exact answer. If you multiply that number times 9, you get 479.99997... but THAT is also not an exact answer.
A good calculator, if you use it correctly, will give you the right answer, 480. But if you type in the approximate value 53.33333 and multiply it times 9, you won't get the right answer.
But the right thing to do is what the other tutor did -- don't use decimal approximations. 160/3 is an exact number; 53.33333 is not.
