The amount of the pure lavender oil in 3.2 ounces of the 5% solution is  0.05*3.2 ounces.


The amount of the pure lavender oil in 1.8 ounces of the 30% solution is  0.3*1.8 ounces.


In total, there are  0.05*3.2 + 0.3*1.8 = 0.7 ounces the pure lavender oil in your solution.


Then the oil concentration in your solution is 0.7/5 = 0.14 = 14%.

Your answer is CORRECT !
