You can put this solution on YOUR website!

expr%281%2F3%29%289x%2B27%29-4%22%22=%22%22expr%281%2F2%29%282x%2B54%29

You won;t have a hard time if you clear it of fractions first
by multiplying it by the LCD which is the smallest whole number
that both denominators 3 and 2 will both divide evenly into, which
is 6.

So we multiply both sides by 6

6%2Aexpr%281%2F3%29%289x%2B27%29-6%2A4%22%22=%22%226%2Aexpr%281%2F2%29%282x%2B54%29

Then we have

2%2A%289x%2B27%29-24%22%22=%22%223%2A%282x%2B54%29

Now can you finish solving it? If not, tell me about it in the
thank-you note form below and I'll get back to you by email. No
charge ever.
