That is not a "this equation"; but is a "those equations".
12%2F%2815%2B2.143%29+=7%2F0
and
9%2F%2815-2.143%29+=7.0

The first one is wrong and impossible. The left side is a real number and the right side is impossible, because denominator of a rational number is never zero.

See how the second equation goes:
9%2F12.857=7.0
0.700=7.0, FALSE... if your accuracy is to go no further than the nearest 0.001,; but anyhow, FALSE.
