Presuming the ground is absolutely level at least 5 feet out from the base of the building wall and that the wall is exactly perpendicular to the ground, then you have a right triangle with one leg equal to 5 feet and the hypotenuse equal to 15 feet. Use the Pythagorean Theorem to calculate the measure of the other leg of the triangle. I'm going to presume that you are capable of drawing your own triangle.
