Question 1040394: Whats an example of an equation which gives the value of the Cosine function for an angle measure in its domain? What would this equation be in the form of an inverse function? Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source):
If the result of the function is the value of the cosine, then it is just the cosine. The inverse function gives the argument of the cosine function when you already know the value of the cosine function.
