I think you are asking to solve this...
%28-2x%2B5%29%2F6+%2B+5%2F6+=+%283%282-x%29%29%2F6
If so, we can multiply everything by 6 first and get
%28-2x%2B5%29+%2B+5+=+3%282-x%29
and
-2x + 10 = 6 - 3x
Now add 3x and subtract ten from both sides and get
x = -4
