You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
x%2F-9=-3 ... Multiply both sides by -9
%28%28x%2F-9%29%28-9%29%29=%28-3%29%28-9%29
%28-9x%29%2F%28-9%29=27 ... -9/-9=1 so:
x=27

x%2F-9=-3...as you can see x is divided by negative number -9,and since we need eliminate -9 from denominator and get x, we will multiply x%2F-9 by -9 because %28-9x%29%2F-9=%28-9%2F-9%29x=x
-9%28x%2F-9%29=-9%28-3%29 , so, when we multiply left side by -9 we do same with right side and equation will not change its value
cross%28-9%29%28x%2Fcross%28-9%29%29=27
x=27
