You would just plug into the equation the given value and solve for the y or x; for instance the first one is given your x value, so substitute that value for x in the equation and solve for y;
3x+4y+12=0
I would begin by subtracting 12 from both sides;
3x+4y=-12
3(0)+4y=-12
4y=-12
y=-3
So the first ordered pair would be (0,-3)
I'm not sure if the next given value is for x or y, but you would do the same thing as I did. I will do it as a y value;
3x%2B4%283%2F4%29=-12
3x%2B%2812%2F4%29=-12
3x+3=-12
3x=-9
x=-3
so the ordered pair would be (-3,3/4)
If it is not the y value then solve the equation using that as x value and solve for y.
