Try solving the equation and see if it makes sense
x%2F2 = x
multiply both sides 2
x = 2x, obviously, this can never be true

x%2F2 = x.

Multiply both side by 2. You will get

x = 2x.

Then 2x - x = 0,

x = 0.

Answer. x = 0.
