Below is a partial listing of 50 Prime Numbers (51 including 1)
p1 + p2 + p3 + p4....p35 > 2007
Adding those thru p35 = 139 gives a sum >2007 (2128)
Adding those thru pn where n > 34 gives a sum >2007
