You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Factor:
-p%5E2+=+12p+%2B+27 Add p^2 to both sides of the equation.
0+=+p%5E2+%2B+12p+%2B+27 Factor.
0+%28p+%2B+3%29%28p+%2B+9%29 or %28p+%2B+3%29%28p+%2B+9%29+=+0

factor the trinomial
-p^2=12p+27 ..transfer -p^2 from lhs to rhs
p^2+12p+27=0
p^2+3p+9p+27=0
p(p+3)+9(p+3)=0
(p+3)(p+9)=0
