Multiply all of your values by 100 (that is, move the decimal point two places to the right), then put them in order smallest to largest. When you divide them by 100 (move the decimal point back) they will still be in the right order.

what is the order from least to greatest of 4.35, 4.41, 4.37, 4.3, 4.04, 4.09?

Think of the decimals as money (dollars and cents). 4.3 would actually be 4.30. Now you should be able to place them in order. For instance, 4.04 (thought of as $4.04) is the smallest amount.
