You can put this solution on YOUR website! THE RULE IS WHEN ROUNDING --- IF THE DIGIT IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT OF THE POSITION TO BE ROUNDED IS BETWEEN 0 &4 YOU SET TO ZERO ALL DIGITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE DIGIT BEING ROUNDED AND LEAVE THE ROUNDING POSITION UNCHANGED.
HOWEVER--- IF THE DIGIT IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT OF THE DIGIT TO BE ROUNDED YOU STILL SET ALL DIGITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE LOCATION BEING ROUNDED TO ZERO -- BUT YOU ADD ONE TO THE POSISITION BEING ROUNDED THUS
76.244 BECOMES 76.240 BECAUSE THE DIGIT IMMEDIATELY TO THE FIGHT OF THE FIRST 4 IN THE HUNDRETHS POSITION IS FOLLOWED BY A 4.
IGNORE ALL OTHER POSITIONS TO THE RIGHT!
