like you should have learned in the 4th grade, move the divisor decimal to the right to make it a whole number. Move the decimal in the divided number the same

-19.|57. which is -3
Notice how you can move the decimal point wherever you want so long as you move it the same number of places in both the numerator and denominator. Also note that what I did was to multiply both numerator and denominator by 100.
