6r-p=6
Its like everytime i try i can't never find the right anawer for it so can oplease help with this math promblem This question is from textbook Algebra
You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1st: r-3p=1
2nd: 6r-p=6
-------
Solve 1st for r: r=3p+1
Substitute that into 2nd to get:
6(3p+1)-p=6
18p+6-p=6
18p-p=0
17p=0
p=0
---------
Substitute that into r=3p+1
r=3*0+1
r=1
--------
Solution: r=1; p=0
---------
