The two teams are travelling apart at 50 miles per hour. 20 mph from the first team and 30 miles per hour from the second and travelling exactly opposite each other. If they were tavelling at an angle to each other the computation would be more difficult. Since the radios don't work after 125 miles just divide 125 by 50 and get 2.5 hours.
