Question 5226: We are working on Graphing, the slope of a line and the Slope Intercept format.
1) Given order pairs (points) of (- 4, - 2) and ( - 1,-5), develop an equation in the slope intercept format.
In the first ordered pair, x =-4 and -2.In the order pair,x=-1 and y=-5.
Second my answer must be the Equation in the Slope Intercept Format. To get this ,I must solve for the falues of "m" and "b" and substitute those values in the equation y = mx+b.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Look at the Lesson section on this site and look at those lesson i have written on Linear Equations. It is all explained their very simply with examples.
