First, you can start by finding like terms from both sides.

I first subtracted 4k from both sides. -k-7%3E=2
Next, I added 7 to both sides and got -k%3E=9
After that, I divided -k by -1. When dividing or multiplying both sides of an inequality by a negative number, you must flip the inequality sign. This will leave you with k%3C-9
Answer: k%3C=-9
