Get the c term by itself, and get the other "non-c" terms to the right side. Add -4a+8b to each side:
4a-8b+2c-4a+8b=14 +3d -4a+8b
2c= 14+3d-4a+8b

Divide both sides by 2:
c=%2814%2B3d-4a%2B8b%29%2F2 or c=7+%2B%283%2F2%29d-2a%2B4b NOTE: The terms can be in any order!!
