x + 21 = x + 17
which is ABSURD and NONSENSE.
PLEASE do not litter the forum with nonsensical problems.
In order to solve the problem to find the number of chocolates in a tub, we have to assume that that is a fixed number -- i.e., that every tub contains the same number.
But they can't have the same total number if each of them has one tub but they have different numbers of loose chocolates.
