For month 7, there was revenue of $22,000.
I am assuming that is after 7 months; the language is a little ambiguous.
Therefore, (7,22000) is a point
y-y1=m(x-x1) where m is slope and (x1,y1) point.
y-22000=3000(x-7)
y-22000=3000x-21000
R=3000T+1000,
