1st:::You need to graph the boundary. which is y = 2x+2, as a dashed line.
2nd:::Since you want y LESS than ... shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary.

1st:::Solve for "y":
y > (2/3)x+2
2nd: Graph the boundary y = (2/3)x+2 as a dashed line.
