Question 1010137: Alice's Restaurant has a total of 258 seats. The number of seats in the non-smoking section is 51 more than twice the number of seats in the smoking section. How many seats are in each section?
I have tried to solve this by doing this equation: x+y=258
2x+51=258
It seems that my equation does not work.

Question 1011687: I'm noticing a lot of the solutions are solving the wrong problems. The solution oftentimes reverses the signs of the original problem, thus demonstrating the wrong answers. For example: the problem is 6x+y=28, 3x+4y=7. However, the solution is solving for 6x-y=28, 3x-4y=7. What? There are many of these. Is anyone actually using these examples and verifying them? If so, I'm super surprised this has not been discovered and corrected.
