y=-2x+5

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=-2x%2B5...here you have a linear function and its graph is a line
since a line is defined by two points, you need find two points that lie on a line and best way is to find x and y intercept
y=-2x%2B5....to find x intercept, set y=0
0=-2x%2B5....solve for x
2x=5
x=5%2F2
x=2.5
so,x intercept is at (2.5,0)

y=-2x%2B5....to find y intercept, set x=0
y=-2%2A0%2B5....solve for x
y=5

so,y intercept is at (0,5)
now plot your points and draw a line through
