You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y-6= -(3/4) (x-12) point slope formula y-y1=m(x=x1)
y-6= -(3/4)x + 9
y= -(3/4) x +15
x=12; y=-9+15=6 Check

Find the equation of the line that passes through the point (12,6) with a slope of - 3/4
Could you send the solution.
===================
y-y1 = m*(x-x1) where (x1,y1) is the point and m is the slope
-----
y-6 = (-3/4)*(x-12)
=======================
It's not "the equation" it's an equation of the line. There are others.
