let us take two equations
ax1+by1+c=0
and ax2+by2+c2 =0
If the equations don't have a solution then the condition for this will be
a1%2Fa2+=+a2%2Fb2 not equal to c1%2Fc2
The slopes of the lines will be same.
They will be parallel lines
only the Y intercepts will be different
3x+6y = 8
6x+12y = 15
