Identify, or Solve? If you mean "identify", then this would be a point, (x,y) being the intersection of the two lines.

The two equations are well suited for immediately starting with the Elimination Method, but since you asked, you probably do not yet know that method.

Try substitution:
x=6-3y from first equation.
4%286-3y%29-3y=4 using substitution for x into the second equation.
24-12y-3y=4
-15y%2B24=4
-15y=4-24
15y=24-4
15y=20
y=20%2F15
