Unit is jobs per day.

Combined rate is their sum.

Solve for r and find its reciprocal; and this is how many days the helper needs to do 1 job.

multiply by 15c
15+15/1.5=c
15+10=c
c=25

1/25+1/37.5=1/15
2/50+2/75=2/30

45/2r+15r=1
3r+2r=2/15
45r+30r=2
