Question 807582: I would love to have help on this, this homework/class expires Sunday. I was sick when I had to do this in public school, so I missed the lesson, but ended up staying after school one day for it, I am still stuggling with this type of math, and would like to have help as soon as I can. Here is the question
two inequalities follow
-26<4k -2 and 2k-1<5
write a compound inequality to comine the inequalities shown previiously.
Now to combine them wouldn't I take like 4k and 2k and have it like 6k and then like -26 and -1 and have -27 and for the 5 and -2 it would be like 3?
So my new inequalite would be something like
-27<6k-3
