The graph is a straight line, so you need 2 points.
x=4y-6
-------
Pick 2 values for y and find x.
eg
y = 0, x = -6 --> (-6,0)
y = 2, x = 2 --> (2,2)
Plot the 2 points.
Draw a line thru them.
