+-cross%2816x%29%2Bcross%2816x%29-cross%282%29=-cross%282%29
0=0
so, there is no intersection point, lines lie on top of each other
if we write +-16x%2B2y=-2 in slope-intercept form we will get
+2y=16x-2
+2y%2F2=16x%2F2-2%2F2
y=8x-1 which is actually your eq.2
