y = -2/5x + b (flip the fraction and the sign to go from 5/2 to -2/5)

5 = (-2/5)(2) + b

5 = -4/5 + b

5 + 4/5 = b

25/5 + 4/5 = b

29/5 = b

b = 29/5

So m+=+-2%2F5 and b+=+29%2F5 which means the equation is y+=+%28-2%2F5%29x%2B29%2F5
