4x-10y=11
-4x+4x-10y=-4x+11
-10y=-4x+11
-10y%2F-10=%28-4x%2B11%29%2F-10
highlight%28y=%28-4x%2B11%29%2F-10%29
Now y is a function of x, y depends on what x is.
