4x-3+%2B3+=7+%2B+3

4x-cross%283%29+%2Bcross%283%29+=7+%2B+3

4x+=+10.........both sides divide by 4

4x%2F4+=+10%2F4....simplify

cross%284%29x%2Fcross%284%29+=+cross%2810%295%2Fcross%284%292

x+=+5%2F2
