-3x%2By=15
y=3x%2B15
Substitute into eq. 1,
2x%2B3%283x%2B15%29=1
2x%2B9x%2B45=1
11x=-44

Then from eq. 2,
y=3%28-4%29%2B15
y=-12%2B15
