I think you have to write a linear equation; this is what I did when I tried. Please help!

P=2.3/2 & 3.45/3 THUS THE RELATIONSHIP OF 1.15 (2.3/3) & (3.45/3)TONS PER MILE THUS @ 4 MILES THE PRESSURE WILL BE 3.45+1.15 OR 4.6 TONS.
