You can put this solution on YOUR website! add the 2 equations to solve for x and y
x+y =10
2x-y=-1
when u add,u get
3 x = 9
therefore x = 9/3
= 3
put x =3 in equation 1 to get the value of y,
x +y =10
3 + y = 10
therefore y = 10 -3
=7
the values are x=3 and y =7.
