Question 28840: What is the domain and range of
y=(x+2)^2-4?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
To find the domain ask yourself "Is there any value
"x" cannot take?" The answer is "none". So the domain
is all real numbers.
Now for the range you have to look at the expression that
defines "y". Since (x+2)^2 is greater than or equal to zero,
The value of y is > or = to -4.
