2y= 2x+16 ...(2)
Sustituting in (1), we get
3x-(2x+16) = -19
3x-2x-16 = -19
x = -19+16
x = -3
Put x=-3 in(1). 3*(-3)-2y =-19
-9-2y = -19
-2y = -19+9
y = (-10)/(-2)
