You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The slope=1
The y intercept=1
The equation is:
Y=X+1

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The equation for the slope-interceot form of a line is:
y=mx%2Bb
But we can first find the slope by using:
m=%28y2-y1%29%2F%28x2-x1%29
.
By looking at the graph, our points are (-3,-2) and (3,4); so:
m=%28-2-4%29%2F%28-3-3%29
m=%28-6%29%2F%28-6%29
m=1
.
Thus we now move to the Slope-Intercept form:
4=1%2A3%2Bb
4=3%2Bb
