You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x%2F2+-+3=x%2F3-2

The LCD is 6, so multiply both sides by 6.

6%2Ax%2F2+-+6%2A+3=6%2Ax%2F3-6%2A2
3x+-+18=+2x+-+12

Subtract 2x from each side:
x-18=+-12

Add +18 to each side:
x-18%2B18=+-12%2B18
x=6

Check:
x%2F2+-+3=x%2F3-2
6%2F2+-+3=6%2F3-2
3-3=2-2
It checks!!
