One approach to this kind of problem is to find the prime factors of each number, then multiply together the highest power of each of the prime factors.
25+=+%285%29%285%29 = 5%5E2
100+=+%282%29%282%29%285%29%285%29 = %282%5E2%29%285%5E2%29
64+=+%282%29%282%29%282%29%282%29%282%29%282%29 = %282%5E6%29
The highest power of each of the prime factors = 2%5E6%29 and 5%5E2
Multiply these to get %282%5E6%29%285%5E2%29+=+%2864%29%2825%29 = 1600
LCM = 1600
